Continuous Intention to Use Mobile Banking Apps: Empirical Study in Iraq

Mobile banking on applications is increasingly becoming an effective channel in the development of services. The increase smartphone penetration globally and customers spending more time business raise questions for bank managers how to entice continue using mobile applications. This study examines factors influencing continuous intention use by combining, technology acceptance model TAM trust factor. Research indicates that perceived usefulness directly influence apps, while ease-of-use risk indirectly continuance apps through moderating effect demographics found higher age will negatively affect relationship between apps.
